Frederick Richardson, who is the alleged murderer of Ashley AJ Jewell, was permitted held without bond today until his next court emergence on 20th Oct. Richardson’s legal representative believed Jewell drew a revolver and threw the first strike during the battle on Friday night near to some club named Body Tap strip club.

The assessment legal representative also tried to dispute that Jewell’s death has yet to be determined so it’s early to charge his client with deliberate assassination. It seems that the judge didn’t have the same opinion.

Dennis protection legal representative explained that they don’t identify reason of decease they don’t recognize how he passed away.

The fight took place out of the view of the club’s observation cameras but police said a number of witnesses have the same reminiscence of the one-on-one fight and report that Jewell threw the first beat.

The club opened for the first time Monday night since the brawl and while club officials have no remark, investigators said the two men had an on-going quarrel about trade matters relating to the club.

Richardson worked at the club and Jewell was allegedly attempting to purchase part or all of the concern.

But police assumed whatever on track the fight, once Jewell went down, he was unable to protect himself and therefore the charges aren’t likely to modify.

Ashley A.J. Jewell’s monument service will take place today at the Ray of Hope Christian Church on Snapfinger Road in DeKalb County. The time has not been confirmed yet.
