Andrew Breitbart, the conservative publisher and writer who had been topping the top trends since that very day when he verbally attacked a government worker regarding a matter that happened 24 years ago, has once again come under the limelight,
but this time for a good thing indeed i.e. to explain his point of view behind the publication of a controversial video relating racism facts.
During a recent interview with CNN, the owner of an eponymous conformist web site, Andrew Breitbart, explained his intentions behind the publication of the controversial video of the ex-Agriculture Department official, Shirley Sherrod, by saying that it wasn’t absolutely about her, as he wasn’t after Shirley but the NAACP.
Andrew Breitbart said that he wasn’t after Shirley Sherrod, but the NAACP which, in recent times, passed a ruling urging the Tea Party movement to relinquish the alleged racial discrimination within it. He later said “Again, I have my own problem but it is not with Shirley Sherrod.
My problem is with the double standard in the media, that it’s willing to play up that the Tea Party is racist without any evidence. This is my evidence to the NAACP that they condoned racism at a Freedom Dinner around the group that’s supposed to be about non-discrimination”.
So, I guess, all this explanation is quite satisfactory to prove that Andrew Breitbart is not among those journalists who often like to have a tendency to forget the rules of professional journalism.
