Chief Trial Legal Representative in the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office has charged Brian Warner, a resident of Tom Rivers, with attempting to allure three innocent children, possessing bomb-making materials and a stun gun at his mother’s Center Street home.
According to the latest updates regarding Brian Warner’s case, yesterday on Tuesday 7th September, 2010, with a bit help from the acknowledgment of his three young victims, their mother, a librarian named Deborah Hanlon-Schroon and a neighboring lady, Brian Warner of Toms River was convicted of ensnaring at least three children, including two girls and a boy, back in 2004 in his personal van and also having a stun gun along with bomb-making equipment at his mother’s Center Street home in Little Egg Harbor, where Brain Warner used to live at the time of crime.
The acknowledgment from the neighbor also stated that, besides from lurking the children in his soundproof protected van that Brian Warner used to stock with toys, candy-filled cooler and condoms, outside their homes each day continuously for more than a few hours, Brian Warner had also been found once to the house’s stairway asking the kids to come along and play with him.
A local news channel also reported that, prior committing the sinful act, Brain Warner used to haunt the family outside their home as well.
According to the mothers of the young victims, at the time when the disturbing event happened, the two allured girls were only of age 10 and 9 while the little boy was just 7 years old.
