The retired educator Charlie Vandergaw, risks his life every day by his companionship with grizzly and black bears. Long unhappy with Charlie close attachment with wild grizzly and Alaska bears, state establishment are trying to put Bear shelter out of business as Charlie has earlier been named for valuable bears, but the blame allege against him next could go much farther.

Alaska assistant attorney general Andrew Peterson said An inquiry is ongoing.

Andrew refused to reveal information, but the investigation emerge to center around English filmmaker Richard Perry, this summer he was nibbled in the leg by a bear during filming at Bear Haven. Richard is working on a several series about Charlie and his bears for Animal Planet.

Other attorneys say state prosecutors could enforce to accuse Charlie with careless endangerment, a class A offense with a possible judgment of up to a year in jail, another $10,000 fine or maybe both. State rule says somebody is responsible of this offense if he negligently engages in actions which create a wide hazard of serious physical injury to another person.

Aussie correspondent Liam Bartlett also insisted recognition from Charlie about the hazards distinguishing to his farmhouse.

I’ve been slapped, I’ve been knocked insensible, the 70-year-old Charlie told the correspondent. I’ve been thrown to the earth by bears, but it was in no way that any of those was an extreme assault. I pledge I wouldn’t be sitting here today if a bear had given me an extreme assault. At the same time, its possibly like something else if you’ve got thousands of hours with bears; the chances are increasing.
