Apple is all set to hit the world of technology as it is going to launch its new iPhone operating system, iOS 4, today on 21st June, 2010. Describing about the shipment procedure of iOS 4 Steve Jobs, the co-founder and CEO of Apple, said “One million iPhone operating systems will be shipped this month”.
According to the updates, initially the operating system ‘iOS 4’ is released with new iPhone 4 but by the end of 2010 it will also be available for other iPad users. Among other 1500 new features exclusively introduced in iOS 4, the multi tasking is also included in it to make it more amazing for all valuable customers of Apple.
Although Google is the default search engine, however, users will be able to switch to Bing and Yahoo as well. iOS 4 provides the facility of improved emailing system and that will also support multiple exchange servers as well.
In addition to the built-in applications, the users will be able to install 2160 applications and sort them in several folders according to their requisites.
The list of distinct features of iOS 4 includes folders on the home screen, iBooks Shops (where users can enjoy reading and purchasing), support for a multiple digital zoom, wallpaper in the home screen icons, playlists creation directly from your iPhone, spelling checker on applications, support for Retinal display and Bluetooth wireless keyboards.
The new gadget is nothing but a cool present for all those who love such products and as a matter of fact the new iOS 4 will be released on the same time today when the iOS 3 was launched last year.
