Unlike Shawn Spencer, James Roday is not an excellent sense of observation. That does not stop to take on USA Network for the first part of Psych. A role for which he almost did not apply.
James Roday Rodriguez was born in San Antonio, Texas, April 4, 1976. He began his career studying theater at the New Yorker University Experimental Theater Wing, where he earned a degree in fine arts.
It will quickly get roles in theater in New York in the classic The Three Sisters, Twelfth Night, A Respectable Wedding, but also more contemporary pieces (Severity’s Mistress, Sexual Perversity In Chicago)
Then, the actor eventually move to television and film, with little success. There he played mostly in Do not Come Knocking by Wim Wenders and Rolling Kansas by Thomas Haden Church.
On television, we note the short-lived series Miss Match. In 2005, unblock the situation with a role in the movie Dukes of Hazard (The Dukes of Hazard) in the skin of Billy Prickett. He will find also the director Jay Chandrasekhar for a small appearance in the independent film Beerfest.
