Alejandra Jackson has taken the plea that great musician Michael Jackson would have not wanted her to get out of the Hayvenhurst estate in response to MJ Estate’s request to a judge asking him to force Alejandra Jackson to leave the MJ family’s estate with immediate effect adding that she should take her children with her.
The lawyers have filed the request after Alejandra requested the learned judge that she should be allowed to stay at the estate indefinitely.
MJ Estate lawyers are trying to establish that Alejandra Jackson is an unwanted house guest with no legal leg to stand on for what she is demanding.
Alejandra has children with Randy and Jermaine Jackson and she has claimed that MJ would have wanted her to stay at the state and she has used this assumption among her other arguments.
In her claim Alejandra Jackson has maintained that the estate administration has tried to starve her out of house by denying her food and by changing the locks of her rooms.
A hearing in the request by MJ Estate is scheduled for Tuesday next week.
