The air show of 100 aircrafts that occur yearly has started on Saturday 21, 2009 in the Macomb County, Michigan under the supervision of Michigan air National Guard and NASA.

This show is an excellent performance of military exercises, According to military correspondent, the idea of the show, this year will base on technology not only latest military equipments will be exhibited on the show but some of historic aircraft will also be added to the show. Along with thunder birds and the Selfridge aircrafts and some other aircrafts of really high- performance will also take part in this marvelous show.

Two parachute demonstrations will be there in the show to entertain the spectators, a fireworks program and a concert is also being offered on Friday night for those who wants something more on the show.

According to an estimate, the organizers of the show are expecting approximately 200,000 viewers this year in the show, the director of the show Maj. Jim Rossi, said as show is a common venture of NASA, Thunderbird and all the military services so we expect that this show will entertain our guests with the diversity of ground display and flying show.

The flying show begins around 10 a.m. and concludes by 4 p.m. Admission is free, as is the parking. Concessions and souvenirs will be available for sale at the show from a variety of volunteer and community groups. Visitors are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders to the show.

The main gate will open for visitors at 8 am on Saturday morning and flying show will be at 10 am and it will close at 4:00 pm, the most interesting thing is that this will entirely be a free show, no tickets, no parking fee, nothing at all; security will be there for the valuable viewers.
