Steve Hermann, a Los Angeles based creative artist who was presidential hopeful since his childhood but fated to be a significant architect, has completed his newest project in Montecito, California. The latest project of Steve Herman is named the ‘Glass Pavilion’ i.e. basically a house made almost entirely up of glass which Steve Harman considers his best composition.

Mr. Steve Hermann, while describing his latest project, said “Here I have completed privacy. It allows me to be one with nature inside the house. As the area covered by the ‘Glass Pavilion’ is around three and a half acres, so that much space gives me the freedom of creating a home with glass walls”.

Steve Hermann’s ‘Glass Pavilion’, which is now listed for $35 million while the fixtures and equipments are open to discussion, has five-and-a-half bathrooms (I am really keen to check how a half bathroom really looks like), a wine room, a kitchen, an art balcony and five bedrooms. Steve Hermann is fascinated with mid-century contemporary fixtures and that’s why he has also designed some of the home’s furniture in that particular style.

Steve Hermann, who at first intended to construct the home for himself only, says “I changed my plan while his six years undertaking was on the move”.

Being recognized for his contemporary designs and setting flares among fans through work in the Hollywood Hills in California and ahead, Steve Hermann has very successfully pursued his career as a designer and architect.
