Dobbins Fire base was earlier called Marietta Army Airfield

The largest multi-service reserve training base in the world, Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta, Georgia, is located almost 16 miles northwest of Atlanta. It supports more than 10,000 guardsmen and reservists from Army, Marines, Navy and Air Force.
