Reading this you might assume that I lost my senses, well you’re wrong, but you will lose yours when you get the chance to walk on the Sears Tower Ledge made out of only 1-1/5 inch thick glass. One hundred and three floors high building has opened their new glass made Sky-deck for the visitors few days ago, just to experience that how it feels like to walk on top of Chicago.

The Sear Tower Sky-deck was build on the west end of the building because other side of the building were consist of sub roofs with different roof line and it was not possible to see straight down from that height, so it was decided by the management that west end of the building will be suitable for the project.

The Sear Tower Ledge is suspended more than 1,350 feet in the air, with virtually nothing more than three layered 1-1/5 inch thick glass under the feet of visitors, the sky-deck is suspended just 4ft out from the main building with glass walls. It is practically impossible to imagine the sight without visiting the sky-deck of Sear Towers.

General Manager Randy Stancik said the idea came from hundreds of forehead-prints left on the sky-deck windows by the visitors every day, the Sear Towers Ledge was opened for general public on 2^nd July, 2009 for the visiting.

A source close to Michael Jackson’s concert promoters AEG Live in Los Angeles revealed that they are thinking about charging the fans for the memorial service, fans lost their tempers after the news break. Over one million are expected to be present at the memorial service, which will held at Staples Centre in Los Angeles on Tuesday, whereas according to an estimate more than 700 million will be part of the service over television.

Staples Centre has the 20,000 seating capacity however, huge screen are to be placed outside the stadium so that fans can see all the memorial service from outside for those unlucky fans that will be unable to get in the stadium. Rumors have it that President Obama has also been invited, on the other hand Sir Paul McCartney, Diana Ross, Liz Taylor and several other celebrities are expected to attend the funeral too.
